IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF A GROUP OR A RETURNING PARTICIPANT, DO NOT REGISTER USING THIS PAGE! Please contact Jerry W. Jones, MD (jwjmd@medicusofhouston.com) and you will be sent a link to the appropriate page for your registration.

U.S. residents may now enroll and pay the registration fee via Zelle.

Registration is confirmed only after payment is received. To secure your seat, please submit payment via Zelle using the memo format below. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a private registration link.

In the Zelle memo box, add the following information: Full Name – Event Code – Your Profession

The Event Code is located in brackets following the course name on the Registration and Payment Page. If paying by Zelle, do NOT use the registration form!
