Possibly. However, an LPFB is so rare, I would hesitate to call it without it being very classic. The very small initial deflections in both LAFB and LPFB are very important to the diagnosis. So I think the best we could say is “Maybe yes, maybe no.”

Perhaps also LPFB(but cannot see q in inferior leads)?.?
